Abstract
In modern conditions, technology becomes the dominant characteristic of human activity. This means a transition to a qualitatively new level of efficiency and optimality. The educational policy of the state emphasizes the importance of the personality development, skills, talents and abilities.
A group of American pedagogues and psychologists led by B. Bloom developed general methods and rules for the formulating of pedagogical goals. In 1956, "Taxonomy" was published, the part in which the goals of the cognitive field were described. The concept of "taxonomy" in translation from Greek means "arrangement in order". Several cognitive psychologists were involved in the development of a more accurate basic concept of the taxonomy of mental skills. Scientists proposed an updated version of Bloom's taxonomy which takes into account a wider set of factors influencing teaching and learning.
